As a small restaurant with limited seating, every table counts. If your plans change, please update your booking to free up the table for other guests.
New Haven-inspired pizza or 'APIZZA'
Our pizza style is inspired by the East-Coast of America: we use a blend of high protein bread flour and Italian pizza flour; we ferment the dough in two stages and bake the pizzas at lower temps to achieve a light, charred, crispy base; we mill the best Italian tomatoes we can find and top with fresh herbs.
