We don't take table reservations but you can dine-in by placing an online order and leaving us a note in the basket section. Let us know how many people you're coming with and choose the correct time slot. As we are a small shop with limited seating, we only hold tables for parties who have placed pre-orders.
New Haven-inspired pizza
Our pizza style leans towards American: we use a blend of high protein bread flour mixed with a locally milled flour from Redbournbury Mill; we ferment the dough in two stages and bake the pizzas at lower temps to achieve a light and crispy base; we mill the best Italian tomatoes and top with fresh herbs post-bake.

We offer delivery on Wednesday and Thursday nights through Deliveroo. We cover a 4 mile radius from our pizzeria, serving St Albans.
