Gracey’s Pizza started as a side-hustle during the Covid pandemic. James used to make pizza in a pub; Grace was good with people and taking orders. We popped-up a makeshift pizza kitchen next to a car wash and started slinging on Friday nights.
Fast-forward a few years on, a St Albans shop, two London residencies and a son later. Our style of pizza has developed a lot since we started but we remain passionate and committed to creating perfect pies, inspired by our trips to New York and New Haven and like-minded pizza makers in the UK and US.
Gracey’s has big plans for 2026! Watch this space.

What started as a pop-up in December 2024 is now a permanent residency at two Arcade food hall sites - the iconic Battersea Power Station and former Centre Point at Tottenham Court Road. We’re here every day, serving up our east coast–inspired pizza pies. Tottenham Court Road has a dedicated restaurant modelled on our St Albans shop with 30 covers offering 12 and 16 inch Pizzas.

A Mini Documentary about our shop. We talk through getting started, opening the shop, creating our unique styles of Pizza and more. Thanks for watching!
Our pizza style is inspired by the East-Coast of America: we use a blend of high protein bread flour and Italian pizza flour; we ferment the dough in two stages and bake the pizzas at lower temps to achieve a light, charred, crispy base; we mill the best Italian tomatoes we can find and top with fresh herbs.
