Gracey’s Pizza is the gift of graft: 12 months of slinging pizzas outdoors in sideways rain, breakneck winds and arctic temperatures; one sweltering London kitchen with lots of stairs; lots of bickering and burns and many many kitchen table confessions. Like many of us during the Covid years, we questioned our careers and tried to do something completely different. We took James' experience as a pub pizza chef and tried to create a unique product that people would flock to try from our mobile set-up.
Fast-forward a few years and we're still grafting - from our bricks and mortar shop in Chiswell Green. Our style of pizza has developed a lot since we started but we remain passionate and committed to creating perfect pies, inspired by our recent trips to New York and New Haven and like-minded pizza makers in the UK and US.
