Our first permanent London kitchen is inside Arcade Food Hall at the foot of Centre Point, seconds from Tottenham Court Road station. Gracey’s makes thin, crispy, New Haven-style pizza: a two-stage fermented dough baked until the base is properly charred, topped with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and toppings like our house fennel sausage. It’s an easy lunch spot if you work around Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury or Soho, and a good place to meet before a gig, a West End show or a night out on Oxford Street. Grab a table in the Arcade dining room, order pizza from us and dishes from the other kitchens, and pick up drinks from Arcade’s bar. Walk-ins are welcome daily, and groups can book ahead.
