PIZZA IN ST ALBANS, MADE WHERE GRACEY’S BEGAN
Gracey’s started in St Albans in 2020, making pizza next to a car wash on Friday nights. Today our pizzeria at 339 Watford Road, Chiswell Green, is where it all comes together: thin, crispy, New Haven-style pizza from a two-stage fermented dough, baked until the base is properly charred. We’re a short drive from St Albans city centre and close to Park Street, How Wood, Bricket Wood and the A405, with roadside parking outside. Eat in with indoor and outdoor seating, order online and collect, or get pizza delivered across St Albans through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. Dogs and families are welcome, and we have highchairs for little ones. Open Tuesday to Sunday.
